Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Regent Media Group, LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the Ayuno mobile application ("Ayuno", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Ayuno, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Ayuno is an educational and organizational tool for intermittent fasting. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. Fasting — particularly extended fasts — carries real health risks and is not appropriate for everyone, including but not limited to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or a history of disordered eating, or take medication that requires food. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting program, and stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms.

Description of Service

Ayuno helps you plan, time, and track intermittent fasts. The app is available with a free tier and an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Ayuno Premium") that unlocks extended fasting plans, insights and trends, daily notes, PDF export, Live Activities, auto-start scheduling, and Apple Health integration.

Subscriptions

Ayuno Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (subject to any pricing changes Apple requires us to disclose in advance).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.

Your Content

Notes, mood check-ins, and other information you enter into Ayuno remain yours. Because this content is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy page), you are responsible for backing it up if you wish to preserve it — deleting the app deletes this data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Ayuno, including by attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ayuno for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ayuno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health-related educational content is complete or accurate for your individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regent Media Group, LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of Ayuno, including any health outcomes related to fasting decisions you make using the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ayuno if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Ayuno at any time by deleting the app.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of Ayuno is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement terms (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement") to the extent required by the App Store.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Ayuno after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
